The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 1711-Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. The size standard is $7 million. This project is for the upgrading of HVAC, Building 1, at the U.S. Naval Observatory, Washington, DC. The work includes the removal of existing heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system and providing a new central system, electrical demolition and new work associated with the HVAC, minor structural modifications, cutting, patching, woodwork and incidental related work.
