14 -- SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE FOR ADVANCED TOMAHAWK WEAPON CONTROL SYSTEM POC Contact, Mary Hallam, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification under contract N00019-93-C-0153 with Lockheed Martin, Management and Data Systems, King of Prussia, PA 19406 for continued software maintenance of the Advanced Tomahawk Weapon Control System (ATWCS). The period of performance will be 12 months (from 1 Jun 97 through 31 May 98). Per the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1), this acquisition is limited to Lockheed Martin based on the "only one responsible source" exemption to full and open competition as set forth under FAR 6.302-1.
