Contractor shall provide, deliver and set up one (1) 3600 square foot office and one (1) 2000 square foot office for the Cave Creek Ranger District located near Carefree, Arizona. Offices shall include electrical, telephone, outlets, and other requirements as listed in the solicitation. This will be a lease with option to purchase consisting of the first (base) period (Oct. 1, 1997 thru Sept. 30, 1998) with four additional one year options. Written quotations are to be submitted on SF-1449 of the solicitation. It is anticipated that award will be made by April 15, 1997. Delivery/set-up to be completed by September 10, 1997.
