Conneen, (703)767-1165 The Defense Logistics (DLA) intends to issue a purchase order to Master Pilot, Inc. for renewal of 19 licenses for Master Pilot Software at the following DLA and NAVY depots/commands at Norfolk, VA; Cherry Point, NC: Jacksonville, FL: San Diego, CA: Oakland, CA; Tracy, CA; Ppuget sound, WA; Pearl harbor, HI; Yokosuksa, Japan; New Cumberland, PA; and Mechanicsburg, PA. The Defense Depots currently operating under the ex-Navy legacy automated warehousing system known as NISTARS use Master Pilot to monitor the NISTARS system's performance and to identify operating problems within the NISARS mechanized warehouses. Masater Pilot is a graphic system analysis tool which, used data obtained from the NISTARS Tandem computers to provide the graphical management data that is displayed on Macintosh desktop computers. Master Pilot is a licensed proprietary software which is only available from the licensor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of any response to this advertisement. All interested parties may respond in writing with information on their product with sufficient technical and cost information to allow for a detailed evaluation to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Terri L.
