The evaluation factors will be Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance, Socioeconomic Program Support and DLA Mentoring Business Agreements. The contract will be an indefinite quantity contract with a minimum quantity of 48,880 each and a maximum quantity of 99,760 each, plus two, 100% term options. Deliveries will be required to commence 165 days after date of award, to Defense Depot Mechanicsburg, PA and Defense Depot Tracy, CA. There will be a total of six deliveries. The undershirts are to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-D-85040B dated 20 May 89 and amendment 1 dated 18 September 91. (0043)
