482-3552 The U.S. Department of Commerce has a requirement for the
following: The Contractor shall baseline the functional, performance
and technical requirements of the proposed Commerce Administrative
Management System's (CAMS) Budget Formulation Module (BFM). The
Contractor shall produce a traceability matrix and configuration
diagram; provide guidance in scheduling and prioritizing implementation
of the identified requirements; and provide a cost estimate for
developing each of the BFM segments. These segments include: a "One
Pager" Decision Support Tool; Adjustments to Base Calculations; Budget
Exhibit Generation; a Central Database for Reports and Queries; and
Electronic Collection of Budget Plan versus Actual Data. The latter
information will be generated via the CAMS Core Financial System which
is now being implemented. This Requirement Analysis must start
immediately upon award, and is not to exceed 60 days. All responses to
this announcement must be in writing and facsimiles will be accepted.
