Lead base paint and asbestos minor abatement is included. The design/build entity will be responsible for furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Construction cost is estimated to be between $3,000,000 and 3,750,00. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals. Technical submittals will require evidence of: (1) Experience; (2) Management Plan; (3) Financial Capability; and (4) Organization. Return date for the above project is April 1, 1997. Performance Time is 210 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
