The U.S. Geological Survey seeks to locate CHANGE CONTROL software with the following requirements: MVS/ESA 5.1 compatibility and TSO/ISPF panels interface for entering online change requests, external security interface ability to route approved change requests to distribution list members using Internet e-mail addressing, maintain a queriable historical database of change requests, support 2 levels of approvals, track changes to datasets at the member level, no system modifications or replacement of system modules either by zap of front end, and change backout procedures. Organizations that believe they can provide the above are invited to submit an affirmative response within 14 days of the publication date of this notice. An affirmative response shall include literature, brochures, and other such information which demonstrates the capability to provide the required item. All responses will be considered and will be evaluated on the ability to meet the required specifications.
