This Procurement is for a one (1) base year and Four (4) option year contract beginning 01 October 1997. There will be a requirement for bidders who are not PAXMAN dealers, and wish to obtain PAXMAN manuals from the Coast Guard, along with the agreement, acceptable form of security, with a penal sum of $5,000.00 which will be returned to the bidder upon return of the complete Paxman Manuals together with the necessary certifications. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 10 MAR 1997.
