The contractor shall provide hardware maintenance, field support, factory support, and consulting service throughout the period of performance which begins on the date of award and ends twelve months thereafter. Under hardware, maintenance, the contractor shall provide the materials, skilled personnel, and services necessary to ensure that the test systems are fully functional. Under field support, the contractor field maintenance personnel shall be available and provided when requested during the contract period. Under factory support, a direct data line to the factory maintenance service center shall be provided to enable difficult problems to be diagnosed. Under consulting service, the contractor shall provide telephone/support assistance service to answer technical questions and resolve hardware anomolies in the GR2752.
