Tornell, Phone (703)604-2000 Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Allied Signal Ocean Systems, 15825 Roxford Street, Sylmar, CA 92342-3537, for AN/AQS-13F Sonar System post production support tasks for Naval Aviation Depot, Multi-Mission Helicopter In-Service Support Team (MMHISST), Cherry Point, NC via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement N00019-97-G-0008. The contractor shall provide post-production engineering in support of MMHISST requirements, Allied Signal Ocean Systems, as the designer, developer, and sole-manufacturer of the AN/AQS-13F sonar has the unique knowledge, data, equipment and experienced personnel necessary to perform the requirements. The AN/AQS-13F design contains eight weapon replaceable assemblies each of which contain proprietary data.
