The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a sole source contract under simplified acquisition procedures to ISOGON Corporation for system engineer support to an existing system "INTERCOM". The modifications are to proprietary software and services shall include extensive modification to numerous Intercom modules in support of "VTAM Dynamic LU Support of Intercom". No solicitations exists. Prospective contractors should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firms must indicate their ability to satisfy the requirements within 15 days of this notice. Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than the contractor named. If no response is received within 15 days of this announcement, an award will be made to ISOGON Corporation.
