Glen Jones Provide autologous, directed donor and replacement donor services to the VA Medical Center, Blood Donor Services, 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 for the period May 1, 1997 through April 30, 1998. Services include all drawing and testing blood with all regulations of the FDA and the State of California Public Health requirements and providing the VA with the resultant blood products. Donor room to be operated twice weekly with Contractor providing minimum one RN, one LVN and one healthcare worker. RFP600-013-97 will issue O/A February 27, 1997 with proposal due March 31, 1997. All requests for RFP600-013-97 must be in writing and all requests must contain capabilities of providing services. (0043)
