To that end, PSC customers have reoccurring programmatic requirements for services such as evaluation design studies, policy assessments and program assessments. PSC intends to award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts to qualified Contractors for use by the PSC customers. Multiple awards are anticipated. Small business, small disadvantaged businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities are encouraged to submit proposals. This solicitation is Full and Open to all offerors.
