HUD intends to award one or more indefinite quantity fixed price contracts to perform on-site field reviews of appraisals of Single Family HUD owned properties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The contract will cover the counties of Hampshire, Hampden, Berkshire, Franklin, Plymouth, Bristol, Barnstable, Nantucket, Duke, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Worcester and Middlesex. The reviews will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some reviews will require interior examinations of the properties. The term of the contract is for a one year period with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 6531. This is a 100% set-aside. The RFP will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice and proposals will be due on 04/10/97.
