The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a contractor to replace a complete water system; including all piping, tieing into exisiting water line and other related work. All work will be performed outside the secure perimeter of the United States Penitentiary located in Leavenworth, Kansas. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid Performance and Payment bonds will be required. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 6, 1997.Copies of the solicitation will be free of charge. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
