Provide, deliver, and install one 24' x 60' trailer to a site located at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, MO. The functional design of the facility will be in accordance with established applicable codes for temporary structures. It shall be complete with electrical power, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, interior walls, windows, doors, toilet, emergency lighting, fire alarm, communications hookups, and telephone system. Required site work includes installation, connecting utilities and communications, tie downs, and skirting. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Facility will meet all specifications in the SOW, site plan, floor plan, and wiring and communications plan. Submittal for Materials will be required on certain items and will be included in the bid package. The bid package will also include SOW, site plan, floor plan, and wiring and communications plan.
