The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment to dissemble radiator tanks and cores for the purpose of installing new radiator cores, seals and other misc. items, clean header plates, install new mounting hardware, replace dresser couplings, install new radiator cores and seals, replace all hoses remove/replace antifreeze. Estimated price range: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Number of days in contract: 180. Number of bid items: One. This acquisition shall utilize simplified acquisition procedures and a bidding period of ten (10) days from issue of the solicitation. This acquisition is unrestricted. (0043)
