Z -- CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT THREE FEDERAL FACILITIES IN WEST VIRGINIA SOL GS-03P-97-QNC-0356 DUE 032897 POC Mrs. Gray, Contracting Officer, 540-857-2174 The General Services Administration, Roanoke Office, is seeking custodial contractors interested in providing custodial services for the following three locations: The Elizabeth Kee Federal Building, 601 Federal Street, Bluefield, WV: Net Cleaning Area is approximately 26,398 SF; The Social Security Trust Building, 275 Virginia Avenue, Welch, WV: Net Cleaning Area is approximately 3,825 SF; and The Trust Building, 214 N. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV: Net Cleaning Area is approximately 4,505 SF. The majority of the cleaning area is general office space. It is the Government's intent to award one contract for services at the three buildings. Anticipated contract start date is May 1, 1997; anticipated contract period is one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year options. This solicitation is being issued under negotiated source selection procedures. Bids will be evaluated on the following: 1) Implementation Plan to include a quality control plan; planned on site personnel and their qualifications; proposed on site equipment and supplies and method of stock refurbishment; proposed number of cleaning hours at each location. 2) Past Performance based on list of references on projects of a similar size and nature; minimum of three satisfactory ratings. 3) Price. 4) Prior Experience on contracts of a similar size and nature -- minimum of five successful contracts. 5) Management capabilities as shown on the resume of the project manager detailing management and supervisory experience on projects of a similar size and nature; minimum of three years successful experience.
