C. Miller and C. Constantino to evaluate soil-structure interaction (SSI) research experiments at site in Hualien, Taiwan. This proposed work is a continuation of work performed by CUNY under contract No. NRC-04-92-049. The object of the test program is to evaluate analytical methods and to provide a sound and integrated technical basis for improving regulatory licensing and acceptance criteria that reflect current state-of-the-art SSI practices. The in-depth knowledge of the Drs. NRC licensing issues coupled with established ongoing experience and technical capabilities assures accurate evaluations of research data critical to confirm the criteria of NRC's Standard Review Plan.
