Second Notice (See CBD 27 Jan, Sources Sought, Section (T)). Qualified sources are being sought to possibly solicit for services indentified herein for Armstrong Laboratory Support Directorate at Brooks AFB. The functions are defined as follows: 1: VISUAL INFORMATION: Provide professional visual information products and services; 1: PROTOTYPE/DESIGN/FABRICATION. Design, engineer, fabricate, modify and repair prototype equipment in support of broad research and technolodyt development of aeromedical training missions. 3: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT; Provide management services to approximately 50 facilities. 4: MEDICAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Provide initial inspections, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, repair, calibration etc. of medical electrical and gas systems. BROOKS AFB contemplates a Firm Fixed price contract to one source with period of performance : 12 months with 4 one year options. INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD SUBMIT CAPABILITY PACKAGE as soon as possible. CAPABILITY PACKAGE SHOULD INCLUDE: 1: declaration of whether your company can perform all four service categories or identification of a possible team that could accomplish these efforts OR COMMENTS ON FEASIBILITY OF COMBINING THESE FOUR AREAS. 2: the company's technical expertise and capability to include available personnel 3: description of any other unique capability that show why your team is qualified to perform these services, 4: Identify ability to adequately control government property and facilities and possibly utilize cost type contract.
