C -- ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SERVICES DUE 030597 POC Judith Bledsoe, 334-260-4104, or Harriet Manning, 334-260-4103 Architect/Engineer Services to furnish design to include working drawings, specifications, estimates, and construction period services for Project #619-97-103, Replace Sanitary Sewer and Water Mains to Complex. Drawings shall be in autocad release 12 format and shall include 3 1/2" floppy disc and reproducible mylars. A copy of the specifications shall also be provided on a 3 1/2" floppy disc in microsoft word format. Construction cost limitation is $423,000.00. 25%, 100%, and final reviews will be required. Working drawings and specifications to start by April 1, 1997, and be completed by June 15, 1997. Bids to be issued by July 1, 1997, and contract awarded by August 31, 1997. Area of consideration is restricted to emerging small business firms having experience in designing sewer systems within a 150 mile radius of Montgomery, Alabama. For the purpose of this procurement, an emerging small business is one whose average annual receipts for the past 3 years did not exceed 1.25 million dollars.
