Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections faciliy(s) services for male and female federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, toinclude furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Locatioin of the facility shall be in the Corpus Christi,Texas area. Operational hotels/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of mandays are 22,550 for the base period 11,275 mandays for the first, second and third option years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is March 17, 1997, estimated closing date is May 15, 1997. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated.
