The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division plans to solicit a base period and four option periods of Instrument Support Services at the Dahlgren Division. These services include instrument calibration and repairs. The majority of the work will be performed on site in Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Metrology facilities. This is an unrestricted procurement. The two-step sealed bid approach is planned for this acquisition. A site visit for prospective offerors will be scheduled. Date for site visit will be provided in Section L of the solicitation. Only those offerors submitting an acceptable proposal in response to the first step will be offered the opportunity to submit a bid for the second step.
