The specific tasks and services performed require competencies in office services; word processing and data entry; procurement support services; graphics and technical writing; personnel support services; facilities and property management support to include supply and warehouse management; records and forms management; and budget, finance, and accounting support. The Government intends to negotiate a fixed price requirements type contract. Technical proposals will consist of an oral presentation by offerors to the Technical Evaluation Panel and submission of supplementary written material. Details on the oral presentation process will be provided in the solicitation. It is anticipated that one award will result from this solicitation. This proposed procurement is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) participation, and has been offered as a national buy requirement to the Small Business Administration.
