Regionwide Appraisal Report Review Services. The contract will entail review of appraisal reports which have been prepared for federally owned and leased office space, and indoor and outdoor parking, in accordance with USPAP and Government standards. Review is to cover both format and content of different types of appraisal reports, including but not limited to asset valuation and fair annual rental reports. The review will be done at the contractor's worksite. This is a new contract; there is no incumbent contractor. Performance period is for one year, with one one-year option, with an estimated start date of April 15, 1997. At this time there is no due date; it will be provided in the solicitation.
