The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) proposes to negotiate a modification on a sole source basis with Circle Solutions, Inc., Suite 450, 2070 Chain Bridge Road, Vienna, VA 22182 to further redefine a task in the statement of work in which the contractor shall work on the "Back to Sleep" campaign for the reduction of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Circle Solution shall, from its knowledge of SIDS, distribute "Back to Sleep" related publications and informational videos, and provide backup assistance to the toll free operators when questions require special assistance. Circle Solution is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 USC 253(c) 1. Only one source is available.
