Instructional System Development and Implementation for the DLA Civilian Personnel Support Office located in Columbus, Ohio. Performance required to select or develop training programs may cover the entire spectrum of Instructional Systems Development (ISD) processes and techniques, including analysis of performance/jobs/tasks, development of learning objectives, criterion referenced tests, and course design, selection of instructional mode, methods and media, development of instructional materials and systems, developmental testing, validation implementation, and evaluation. Examples of media which could be required include classroom materials, printed job performance aids, self-instructional materials, and course documentation. Examples of methods include simulations, games, computer based instruction, electronic performance support systems and video and long-distance instruction though telecommunciations. One contract will be established for paper based courses and one contract will be established for electronic technology courses. This is a 100% Set-aside for small business concerns.
