The work includes a new Dental Clinic and provides alterations and a freestanding storage addition tothe existing Medical Clinic. The project is located on two separate sites at the Naval Weapons Station and consists of sitework, utilities, fire protection concrete, steel, masonry, drywall, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, demolition (to include some hazardous material abatement) and incidental related work. There will be TWO TECHNICAL FACTORS: FACTOR 1 -- Constructed projects within the past 7 years with emphasis on health care type projects and past performance references; FACTOR 2 -- Construction scheduled and references. Two options will be included for an Ambulance Shelter and Sprinkler System in Medical Clinic Renovation. The Government will have 180 calendar days from award to exercise these options. Estimated cost is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Estimated duration of the contract is approx. 440 calendar days. THERE IS A MAXIMUM AWARD FEE OF $100,000.00 (0044)
