This work includes stalling an electrically controlled target system with twelve (12) targets at an existing small arms firing range. The existing dirt floor shall be replaced with a concrete slab and drainage system for such. Target lighting and ricochet containment elements shall be installed. Modifications shall be made at the firing line, plus lighting added to a covered bleacher training area. Work shall comply with all appropriate Navy, State and local standards and regulations.
