Machine must be capable of producing a dense briquette that can be 100% recycled in a steel mill (preferably in California), can operate unattended, run cycle and shut-off automatically, have capability to "get rid of excess air" in brick -- density compaction. Must be able to remove one of the elements of the fire triangle (the air). Bricks must be 100% recyclable -- must be able to burn/carbonize. Must also be computer operated to perform other related functions such as "de-canning", crunch plastic containers #2 also for "de-canning". Minimum requirements: should process two (2) drums per hour, automated operation, 40 gallons reservoir (approx), have hopper agitator, computer controlled, have multi-axis compaction, average brick size to be 3.5" x 3.5" x 4" to 6". Power requirements -- 208V, 30 AMP, Single Phase, 5 HP. Have hydraulic oil cooler. Approximate dimensions to be 76" x 42" x 56". FOB Destination, to be delivered to the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, Ca 92311.
