B -- GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES SOL DACW69-97-R-0011 POC Jan Edwards, CONTRACT SPECIALISTS 304-529-5641 The U.S. Army Coprs of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure a contract for Floating Plant Drilling. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies, and materials to determine the type, nature, characteristics, and present extent and condition of various materials located in the Huntington District. All responsive proposals shall be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (a) Equipment and Personnel; (b) Experience, and (c) Quality Control and Safety. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated. Contract will be awarded for one year with two option years. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation has has been determined to the the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. (0045)
