The procuremnt will be conducted in phases. The first phase will be the evaluation of offerors Qualification Statements, which will be due in this office by 3:00pm EST, March 14, 1997. Qualification Statements shall include references of at least three smilar contracts performed by either your key personnel or your organization for the last three years, including description of the project, project title, contract number, period of performance, contract amount, client identification (including agency or company name, contracting and technical reviewing official, address, and telephone number). Experience and facilities of your organization in conducting and overseeing similar work, and ensuring quality control. Provide description of the experience and capability for each of the key personnel on your proposed project team.
