D -- MULTIMEDIA MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM SOL 0-7-50-53-LD-J14 TIRNO-97-Q-00047 DUE 030597 POC Contract Specialist, Sandra Peek, 202-283-1197 The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order to provide multimedia management programs, delivered/stored by CD-ROM which contain the following attributes: interactive case studies, summaries of key points, resources, i.e., articles, for student learning and reinforcement of objectives, interactive role play, audit feature that tracks student progress and pre/post-assessments so development may be focused solely on student need. The multimedia management programs, stored on CD-ROM, shall, at a minimum, address the following: management of relationships -- peer, cross-functional, direct reports, managerial exercise of power and influence, conflict resolution, performance management, team leadership, management of a diverse workforce, establishing accountability, manageing during change and delegation of responsibility. The purchase of the multimedia programs shall include any required license agreement. The purchase shall also permit unlimited use of the program at each Professional Development Center (PDC) sites located in Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, St. Louis, MO, Dallas, TX, Washington, DC, Edison, NJ, Andover, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Kansas City, MO, St. Paul, MN, New York, NY, Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland, OH, Detroit, MI, Buffalo, NY, Richmond, VA, Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, Ogden, Utah, Oakland, CA, Seattle, WA, Honolulu, HI, Pittsburg, PA, Holtsville, NY, Baltimore, MD Indianapolis, IN, Nashville, TN, Los Angelos, CA, Denver, CO, and Anchorage, AK.
