Vessel's homeport is Saugerties, NY. Vessel availability schedule is 05 May 1997 for 35 days. The place of performance is restricted to no open water transits and is restricted to the protected waters of the cutter's assigned area of operations. The boundary lines/points in the geographic restriction areas are: New York/Connecticut border and Troy Locks in Hudson River in the north, District One & District Five boundary at Toms River, in the south. There will be a nonrefundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All other referenced documents are available for viewing at 300 East Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA. Funds are not presently available for this procurement. The government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual purposes can be made.
