Maintenance and repair services shall be restricted to National Security Agency approved vendors based on security requirements inherent to the servicing of STU III equipment. Award will be made to Lucent Technologies, Motorola, and General Electric based on compatibility contraints imposed by existing Government-owned equipment and the proprietary rights of these companies as manufacturers.
