Prospective bidders shall have knowledge and experience with fire protection systems such as Edwards, Notifier and Simplex. This service contract shall require the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supervision, management, tools, transportation, and supplies for the complete preventive maintenance and repair, testing and documentation of the fire protection system located at the Jefferson Barracks Division. Contract will be for a base period of one year beginning May 1, 1997 through April 30, 1998, with option to extend four (4) additional one year periods. Invitation for Bid will be issued March 3, 1997. Bid opening date is April 3, 1997.
