This action is sole source for Interim Contractor Support and Contractor Support Services for Texas Instruments/Martin Marietta JAVELIN Joint Venture to support the JAVELIN Weapon System. The total period of services is 45 months. The period of performance on the basic contract shall be from contract award (estimated Oct 97) through 31 Dec 98. The action contains six options. Period of performance for each option is as follows: Option I -- 01 Jan 99 to 31 Mar 00, Option II -- 01 Apr 00 to 30 Jun 01, Option III -- 01 Oct 98 to 30 Sep 99, Otion IV -- 01 Oct 99 to 30 Sep 00, Option V -- 01 Oct 00 to 30 Jun 01, and Option VI will be either 01 Oct 99 to 31 Mar 00 or 01 Jan 01 to 30 Jun 01. The services to be provided are support for the following hardware: Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) 4 Board Command Launch Unit (CLU), Full Rate Production (FRP) 2 Board CLU, Basic Skills Trainer, Field Tactical Trainer (Student Station), Field Tactical Trainer (Instructor Station), System Containers andMissile Founds (external only).
