X -- ROCK CRUSHING To provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision and materials necessary to crush approximately 85,000 tons of concrete rubble stockpiled at two locations on Barksdale AFB LA. Contractor must crush the concrete on-site to 1-1/2 inches or less and return a percentage to the government. The contractor willing to give the government the greatest percentage of crushed material shall be awarded the contract. Anticipated issue date of IFB is 18 April 1997.
