The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a need for a contractor to supply non-personal services to manage and operate the National Center For Environmental Publications and Information (NCEPI) Distribution Warehouse in Cincinnati, OH. The NCEPI supports over twenty EPA program offices and others by receiving, storing and distributing their respective publications. The publications may be in printed or multi-media format (diskette, videotape, electronic). This contract will require both on-site effort at specified EPA facilities and off-site effort at the contractor's facilities. It is anticipated that the contract will be firm-fixed price with a base period of one year and two serial one year options. All responsible sources who submit a proposal will be considered by the Agency. The solicitation will be available on the Internet on EPA Cincinnati's Home Page on the World Wide Web.
