The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure contractor services IN THE BETHESDA, MARYLAND AREA ONLY to provide lodging accommodations for the period of July 13, 1997 through July 25, 1997 Government rate. Must be able to provide the following: lodging for 30 students in separate rooms, refrigerator and stove in each room, availability of king or queen size beds, housekeeping daily, access to full service gym or exercise room equipped with machine weights, free weights, bicycle and stair climbing machine, within a 300 yard radius of subway system, eating facilities, parking facilities.
