The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed price Indefinite quantity type contract with estimated quantities provided on a yearly, not to exceed basis. Pursuant to FAR 52.217-8/9, the proposed contract will include a base with two (2), one year options for potential extension of services. Solicitation is projected for issuance on or about 28 February 1997. Level of competition is restricted to a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
