The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the Add to/Repair of Chapel No. 2, Bldg 1005, located at the Charleston AFB, SC. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items of work which are listed for the contractor's convenience in order that he may determine the general scope of work involved as follows: ADD TO WORK: Addition of a drop off driveway at the front of the building, including 3 handicap parking spaces, grading areas under and around new area of work, construct a new narthex and covered entry, construct new chancel, sacristy and new archway extending from the new narthex addition across the existing annex entrance, install new sacrarium in the sacristy, replace interior & exterior finishes, doors, windows (stained glass), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, reconfiguration of existing floor plan and repairs to sidewalks, landscaping and site work. This solicitation will be evaluated using the Performance Price Trade Off Procedures. A technical proposal including a management plan will be required. Once determined to be technically acceptable, an integrated assessment of the offeror's price and past performance will be performed. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L&M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price. Performance time is 365 calendar days.
