INSTALL SEWER LINE, MAIN GATE -- This project includes all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and performance necessary for the installation of two gravity sewers to service the Main Gate Guard House and Visitor Center at McConnell AFB. Work includes, but is not limited to, the excavation and installation of two 4-inch gravity sewer lines, boring and encasement under existing streets; a wastewater pump station, with electrical power connection and controls; and installation of a 1 1/2-inch diameter force main connection to an existing manhole located on the east side of Rock Road. Parking lot pavement removal and replacement, removal of two underground waste tanks, general site cleanup, and seeding of areas disturbed by the contractor. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated issuance date for IFB Solicitation Number F14614-97-T2115 is 20 Feb 97. Tentative bid opening date is 05 Mar 97. Performance period will be 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Proceed. Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1623. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
