The Arkansas Air National Guard anticipates a requirement for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for the air base located at the Fort Smith Municipal Airport and Air Gunnery Range of Ft. Chaffee, Arkansas. Projects will consist of multiple discipline, multi-year maintenance, repair, and minor construction. Delivery orders shall be based upon individual projects, and may be issued over a one year period from date of award, with four (4) one (1) year options. Individual orders will not exceed $300,000.00, and will not be less than $2,000.00; maximum allowable cost under the contract is $5,000,000.00. The minimum annual guaranteed value of this contract is $5,000.00. It is anticipated that two- step sealed bidding procedures will be sued to solicit for this requirement. This IS NOT a Request For Technical Proposals. A solicitation package IS NOT available at this time. A CBD Announcement will be made when solicitation is available. This procurement is unrestricted.
