First Article Test is required. A license agreement with Engineered Air Systems & Karl H Hoie A/S requires that the items procured be manufactured in the US, Canada, & U.S. Territories. U.S. means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is 032797. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be a five-year indefinite quantity contract, with a minimum quantity of 29 ea and a maximum quantity of 250 ea Rotary Pump (PN 5-45-5019). It will also include a minimum of 0 with a maximum of 400 ea Photocell and Tee Assy (NSN: 4230-01-294-6871, PN: 5-45-5052) and a minimum of 0 with a maximum of 350 ea Water Inlet Assy (NSN: 4230-01-293-3353, PN: 5-45-5180). The Photocell and Tee Assy consists of tee, photocell, soldered; photocell assy; elbow, male 0.18 OD tube by 0.12 NPT; nipple, hex, brass; screw, machine; and tube, air vent. The Water Inlet Assy consists of a positive water displacement pump, hose assy, and elbows. Pump must be purchased from the approved source.
