A -- TIME PHASING STUDY FOR E&MD II/REMANUFACTURE REQUIREMENTS FOR SH-60R POC Contact, Emily Harman, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Owego, NY (LMFS-Owego) for engineering and program management support necessary for evaluation of the programmatic time phasing of Engineering and Development Phase II and remanufacture requirements, as well as, staffing needed to facilitate transition into subsequent acquisition phases of the Multi-Mission Helicopter Upgrade (MMHU) Program (SH-60R). LMFS-Owego is the system prime contractor and sole avionics integrator of the MMHU (SH-60R) prototype aircraft; therefore, LMFS-Owego is the only source possessing the requisite technical knowledge to thoroughly determine time-phased E&MD effort as well as non-recurring remanufacturing effort.
