Interested parties are invited to submit a concise capabilities package that clearly demonstrates the ability to provide the required analysis. The information the Postal Service is seeking is to include the interested party's background/experience in conducting fleet analyses in areas such as projecting vehicle life-cycle and maintenance costs, performing power train teardown inspection, performing oil analysis and preparing summary analysis reports. Responses to this notice are not expected to exceed 10 single-spaced, single-sided pages, including cover letters and attachments or enclosures. Our preference is to restrict printed information to typeface no smaller than 10-point. All materials submitted in response to this synopsis must be received no later than 4:00 pm EST, Friday, March 7, 1997.
