It is the intention of this solicitation and any subsequent contract to provide Mechanical Repair Services for heavy equipment. The Contractor shall provide all coordination, equipment, labor, management, materials, supervision, supplies, tools, and transportation necessary to accomplish repair and maintenance services on transportation equipment in accordance with the specified requirements. The services are to be performed under a Requirements type contract. The contract term will be for a period of 12 months with 4 option periods.
