The Navy intends to extend for one year a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Leland Electrosystems, Inc. of Vandalia, OH for the repair, modification, malfunction analysis, test and evaluation, and field service support of Leland electric power equipment components contained in DoD aircraft. These components consist of generators, generator control units, inverters, bus control units, and current transformers. This is a modification to BOA N00421-94-G-0047. The Basic Ordering Agreement will be extended on a sole source basis due to the proprietary nature of the data needed to perform the required services, FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source.
